Abstract
为研究分析典型的偶氮和非偶氮染料的荧光特征,采用三维荧光(EEM)光谱技术对酸性橙Ⅱ、靛蓝胭脂红及脱除偶氮键的酸性橙Ⅱ分别进行检测分析.结果表明,典型偶氮染料酸性橙Ⅱ的荧光强度极弱,而典型的非偶氮染料靛蓝胭脂红具有很强的荧光强度,从而可以利用三维荧光光谱技术快速鉴别实际染料废水中是否含有非偶氮染料;同时发现偶氮键具有荧光熄灭剂的作用,导致酸性橙Ⅱ荧光强度的大幅降低,当通过电芬顿氧化作用脱除酸性橙Ⅱ的偶氮键后,其荧光强度明显增强,该现象为偶氮染料的独有特征.
