Abstract
Iract The applicab fly of nickel-iron alloy as the matrix material of electroplated diamond bit is still an ongoing research. The essential compositions and their functions of the nickel-iron-planting bath are demonstrated in this paper The effect of electroplating technology on coating qualily was investigated through experiments as well Orthogonal regression method was used in desiging the experiments to study the variation law between matrix campositions and matrix performances The results indicate that the inickel-iron alloy deposit is an ideal choice as the matnix material of electroplated dianond bit Different kinds of nicke-iron coatings ith different matrix hanluess and is ear resistance can he obtajietl hy adjistinig the foruula of the plating sobtion mid the technologicalparaneter4 ishich satisfies Ike requirtments of the electroplated diniond hit Tn o dianonil b its erem ale using the proposed electroplatng bath and is crc tested in indoor experinerits for drilling the syenitrgninite ranked 8-9.
