YCOB晶体非共线相位匹配技术研究

Abstract
以中心波长为1053 nm的信号光及中心波长为532 nm的抽运光光参变放大过程为例,通过数值模拟,详细分析了三硼酸氧钙钇[YCa4O(BO3)3,YCOB]晶体XOY与XOZ主平面内,非共线相位匹配的匹配特点与增益特性.按照相位匹配技术主要参数定义要求,不经近似,通过数值计算,给出了最佳非共线角、相位匹配角、参量带宽、走离角,接收角和有效非线性系数与增益带宽.结果显示,YCOB晶体具有很大的增益带宽与较大的增益,较大的接收角和小的走离角;作为增益介质,不仅可以用于大能量高功率固体激光器,也可以用于几十飞秒量级超短脉冲激光系统.
