草果挥发油提取工艺及对小鼠小肠运动影响的研究

Abstract
为了确立草果挥发油最佳提取条件及对小鼠小肠运动的影响,采用正交试验法系统考察粉碎粒度、水料比、浸泡时间和蒸馏时间对草果挥发油得率的影响,建立响应面方程,确定草果挥发油的最佳提取工艺条件.以炭末作为指示剂,测定炭末在肠道的推进距离,确定草果挥发油对小鼠小肠推进的作用.显示各因素对挥发油得率的影响大小为蒸馏时间＞水料比＞粉碎粒度＞浸泡时间,优选草果挥发油最佳提取工艺为颗粒度40目、水料比8∶1、浸泡时间1.5h、蒸馏时间6h,草果挥发油对小鼠小肠推进有明显的抑制作用.本验证试验表明,所选的最佳提取工艺稳定、合理、可行.
