摘要

The paper introduce the design of all-in-one smart component on smart substation. The device first integrated the functions of relaying protecting, measure-control, energy metering, status monitoring, digital fault record, merge unit and smart terminal. The component has been put into application and generated good effect. © 2011 IEEE.
