Abstract
According to phenomenon of suspension temperature rising lead to vehicle state change,a research method of gas chamber length of hydro-pneumatic spring is presented. The diagram of single barrel hydro-pneumatic spring is given. With regard to the structural feature of single barrel hydro-pneumatic spring, the system elastic force is deduce respectively according to two situations that known and unknown initial height of air chamber occurred possibly in design by using the equation of state of real gas. Meanwhile, the equation that calculates air quality in airtight container is built. The elastic characteristic of sample is tested and is compared with the analytic solution of the equation so as to validate the correctness of this research method. At the same time, the research on the influence rule relevant parameter on elastic force of hydro-pneumatic spring is developed, and the conclusion offers reference to the design of air spring. © 2011 IEEE.
