车用吸附储氢系统的多尺度模拟

Abstract
以车用吸附储氢系统为研究对象,根据能量守恒、质量守恒等基本原理,以D-A吸附方程、气体状态方程等热力学模型为基础,利用动态系统仿真工具Simulink、Comsol分别从系统、宏观等多种尺度建立了302K、10MPa条件下的车用储氢系统模型.对活性炭吸附储氢的充放气过程进行模拟,研究系统内压力、温度和吸附量的变化,并编写相应的接口程序将Simulink、Comsol两种模拟集成.最后对两种尺度的模拟结果和实验结果进行对比分析.Comsol、Simulink模拟结果都能和实验结果较好吻合.
