The genesis of silicified wood (shuhuayu) of Myanmar

There has recently appeared a jade species favored by more and more people on China's jewelry and jade market-"shuhuayu" (silicified wood) of Myanmar. Advertisement on mass media has made excessive propaganda, which has brought infinite trade opportunity to merchants. However, the hypothesis about its genesis is far away from what is normal. Attempting to steer clear of the market environment of excessive business propaganda, this paper tries to reveal the mystery of Myanmar shuhuayu (silicified wood) from the angle of geoscience and on the basis of geological facts.
