Abstract
A high efficient supported Ziegler-Natta catalyst for polymerization of 1-butylene was prepared with 9, 9-bis-(methoxymethyl)fluorene(BMMF) as internal electron donor. The effects of catalyst concentration, molar ratio of Al/Ti, polymerization temperature and type and content of external electron donor on polymerization of 1-butylene were studied. The catalyst so prepared was compared to catalyst without internal electron donor and catalyst with di-n-butyl phthalate(DNBP) as internal electron donor. The results show that the catalytic activity is up to 2.856 kg/(g · h) when catalyst concentration is 0.05 mg/mL, molar ratio of Al/Ti is 400 and polymerization temperature is 20°C. The isotacticity of poly (1-butylene) reaches 97.18% when the molar ratio of external electron donor diisobutyldimethoxysilane (DIBDMS)/Ti is 5. The catalyst with BMMF as internal electron donor has the highest activity and the poly(1-butene) prepared with the catalyst with DNBP as internal electron donor has the highest isotacticity.
