Highly efficient dye-sensitized solar cells based on nitrogen-doped titania with excellent stability

摘要
A highly efficient dye-sensitized solar cell (DSC) based on N-doped TiO2 electrode was fabricated, obtaining an energy conversion efficiency of 10.1%. The influences of the N-doped TiO2 on the DSC system were investigated in detail. The N-doped TiO2 nanocrystals simply prepared from commercially available TiO2 are ideal semiconductor materials for DSCs.
