Abstract
以SnCl2和SbCl3为氧化剂、Zn粉为还原剂合成金属间化合物SbSn粉体并烧结制成过滤膜,借助DSC、SEM和粒径分析仪对粉体和膜进行表征.采用死端过滤对O/W汽油乳液脱硫,考察了操作压力对膜通量、过滤时间和加载电压对膜通量和汽油乳液脱硫率的影响.结果表明,当n(SbCl3)/n(SnCl2)=1.15时,合成的粉体几乎为纯相SbSn合金.在操作压力0.15 MPa、温度25℃、膜孔1.3μm时,膜的稳定通量达到381L/(m2h).当过滤时间延长至13 h后,汽油乳液脱硫率维持在22.8%左右,但膜通量却出现略微下降.当加载电压5V、过滤13 h后,脱硫率达到36%,膜通量增加至426 L/(m2h).受电场作用,膜材组成元素发生电子转移,形成空缺位,与亲核的硫化物发生化学吸附,影响汽油乳液脱硫率.
