Notice of Retraction On relations between rural logistics and rural economic growth — Taking Hunan Province as an example

Notice of Retraction After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE's Publication Principles. Taking Hunan Province as an example, this paper calculates the index of rural logistics development level with Principal component analysis and builds a regression model with two variables which proves that the supply improvement of rural logistics can give great impetus to rural economic growing. Then this paper advances some related propositions to promote the development of rural logistics in Hunan Province.
