Application of inductive filtering technology in DC power supply system of electrolytic chemical industry

Abstract
In order to overcome the harmonic pollution, reactive power consumption and noise release of traditional DC electric support systems of chemical industry, this paper developed a new wiring scheme of DC electric support system based on inductive filtering technology. It can prevent harmonic source through transformer into power supply system, effectively reduce the rectifier transformer core of harmonic magnetic flux, compensate the reactive power, and greatly reduce the noise and vibration of the rectifier transformer. The chemical industry demonstration project site test results show that the new scheme works effectively, and the losses and noise of the converter transformer are decreased, and the net side characteristic harmonics are obviously reduced.
