Abstract
目的 观察早产儿慢性肺疾病外周血白细胞介素(IL)-1β、IL-6、IL-8和肿瘤坏死因子-[(TNF-α)的表达,探讨免疫因素在慢性肺疾病中的可能作用.方法 26例住院满28 d的早产儿分为慢性肺疾病组(14例)和非慢性肺疾病组(对照组,12例),用液相芯片技术(Bio-plex悬浮蛋白芯片系统)检测两组患儿外周血中IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的表达水平.结果 慢性肺疾病组患儿外周血的IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α,与对照组差异均无统计学意义,P>0.05.结论 外周血中的IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α在慢性肺疾病的非急性期没有发生很大的改变,免疫因素可能不在慢性肺疾病的非急性期起作用.
