Experimental study on shield facility for video surveillance in explosion containment vessel

It is very important for the explosion containment vessel designer to learn the damage in the vessel after explosion. According to the requirements for video surveillance in the vessel, a shield facility with light source was designed and tested in the explosion vessel. The experimented results show that the shield facility can effectively protect the light source and CCD camera from both shock wave and explosion products while the specific distance is less than 0.59 m/kg1/3; the light source and the effect of video surveillance are all right after explosion.
