Abstract
In order to satisfy the switching equipment's technique requirements for our country AC extra-high voltage experiment demonstration project, the domestic high-voltage switchgear manufactures introduce and digest foreign technique of manufacture for 1100 kV (GIS). At the same time, through the union research and development design, the cooperative production and home manufacture's way, they has mastered the extra-high voltage switching gear's core technologies, the fabrication technology and the packaging technique comprehensively, has supplied production to the extra-high voltage experiment demonstration project, completed the installation and trial run well. Base on the Research and Development, technical specifications and structures of 1100 kV GIS, The key technology of 1100 kV GIS has analyzed by various computing methods, including the key techniques of the breaking system, the insulation system, the resistance calorific capacity, the high efficiency operation mechanism, the isolator structure for suppressing the over voltage caused by switching surge, the online observation system and so on. Through above key technologies research, the whole insulation level of 1100 kV GIS, current capability, resistance calorific capacity, resistance fracture, online supervisory system has improved dramatically and innovated again. Through implementation of the project, promoted the course of domestic manufacturing for our country large-scale compressed gas insulation equipment's manufacture, sharpened the manufacturing capacity domestically of our country extra-high voltage power transformer equipment's manufacture.
