Notice of Retraction After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE's Publication Principles. We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper. The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org. Based on the structural features of projectile and concrete target, projectile damage mechanism and destroyed mode of target materials, utilizing the LS-DYNA which is a program that analyze dynamics to simulate the process of the target being intruded and damaged. The result is cohesive with theory and rules. At the same time, analyzing and validating the result by contrasting result and test result.. It shows that the computational model and simulation method are reasonable and practicable.
