Abstract
This thesis puts forward a uniform model for HPM propagation in the magnetized mixed-atmosphere. Based on the superposition principle of neutral gas polarization vector and the mechanics of free electron electric dipole moment, a uniform model-the equation in tensor-form of dielectric coefficient of mixed-atmosphere-for HPM propagation in the magnetized mixed-atmosphere is presented, the calculating model of refractive index and attenuation coefficient for HPM propagation in the magnetized mixed-atmosphere. Theoretical derivation and the optimum satellite experiment are completed to prove the correctness and validity of the mixed-atmosphere model.
