Abstract
采用20目的石英板式过滤器对电热法生产Al-30Si粗合金配制的ZL102合金进行二次过滤后,合金中的Fe含量由过滤前的1.14%下降到0.43%,Fe相形状由过滤前的大块状和花瓣状改变为细小的块状,合金的抗拉强度和伸长率分别达到182 MPa和4.3%,与未过滤合金相比,分别提高了38%和290%.ZL102合金的力学性能已经接近纯Al配制合金,完全可以满足工业生产需要.
