西江油田水溶性缓蚀剂HYH-612性能评价

Abstract
西江海上油田使用油溶性缓蚀剂引起外排污水含油量增大,因此研发了水溶性的咪唑啉衍生物缓蚀剂HYH-612.在体积比90:10的模拟产出水和原油混合而成并饱和CO2气的腐蚀介质中,在95℃下静态和动态测试中,HYH-612的缓蚀性能相当于在用缓蚀剂.极化曲线表明HYH-612可抑制20号碳钢腐蚀反应的阳极和阴极过程,极化电阻测试表明加量10和20 mg/L的HYH-612在碳钢表面形成的致密保护膜随时间变薄,48小时未破坏.HYH-612无乳化倾向,起泡性极小,对在用破乳剂、阻垢剂性能无影响,在用阻垢剂对HYH-612性能的影响轻微.第三方评价结果表明,加量10 mg/L的HYH-612使93℃、动态腐蚀速率由平均28.78 mm/a降至2.63 mm/a,缓蚀率为90.8%.在西江油田现场试验中,加量10 mg/L的HYH-612使生产水的腐蚀速率降低48.6%,控制在0.12mm/a以下,外排污水水质符合要求.
