Abstract
Entrepreneurs' quality is a multi-dimensional and multi-level systemic concept. The determination of appropriate evaluation indices, weights and the number of experts are main contents of entrepreneurs' qualities comprehensive evaluation scenario decision-making. Considering the characteristics of the complexity, difficult evaluation of partial indices and high evaluation cost of entrepreneurs' quality comprehensive evaluation index system, this paper takes comprehensive evaluation of entrepreneurs' qualities from Jiangsu and part of Zhejiang as an example to carry on multivariate generalizability analysis of inner psychological qualities comprehensive evaluation scenario with Multivariate Generalizablity Random Single-sided Crossing p × r research process and mGENOVA software. Results show that all indices take average weight 0.2 for five-dimensional evaluation index system, which is the closest to the ideal weight regarding from universe composite score; the evaluation reliability and credibility are above 0.59 in the case of three evaluation experts, which is basically acceptable; while in order to ensure the composite reliability of the whole test not smaller than 0.8, at least six evaluation experts is needed. © 2010 IEEE.
