Abstract
严重烧伤患者由于创伤刺激、创面渗出和愈合等因素,极易发生营养不良,影响患者的生存率.严重烧伤患者易出现蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物的代谢紊乱和矿物质、微量元素缺乏.应该根据患者的病情,及时评价患者的营养状况,给予恰当的营养支持,以促进创面愈合,提高患者生存率.烧伤患者的营养支持以肠内营养为主,肠外营养为辅.
