Analysis of Industrial Clusters' Formation Based on Entrepreneurs' Behavior

Industrial clusters provide ecological system for entrepreneurs to grow and the latter tend to agglomerate. However the influence of industrial cluster on entrepreneur's behavior in different stages of clusters is rarely studied. We argue the clusters can entrepreneurs' behavior in different stage of development of stage and entrepreneurs tend to agglomerate through learning mechanism. The relation of development stages of clusters and entrepreneurs' choice is discussed.
