Abstract
基于比浊法测定抗生素体外抑菌活性原理,以红霉素发酵液为研究对象,采用96孔微孔板培养检定菌,直接用酶标仪检测各孔的光密度,定量分析发酵液中红霉素含量,并与管碟法比较.本文建立的抗生素生物效价检测方法具有快速、高效、样品和试剂用量少、结果可靠等优势,适合在有检测大量样品和快速获取结果的工作中推广.
