交联乳化压裂液稳定凝灰岩储层机理研究

Abstract
海拉尔油田兴安岭群储层是典型的含凝灰质储层,采用常规水基压裂液压裂时早期砂堵现象严重,成功率很低,严重制约着油田的开发.针对含凝灰质储层研究的交联乳化压裂液体系,油相体积分数很低,与凝灰岩储层岩石配伍性好.从交联乳化压裂液的物理特性、成膜阻隔作用、增黏阻隔作用以及两相流和贾敏效应理论研究了其稳定凝灰岩储层岩石的机理.现场试验75 口井,并扩大应用118口井,施工成功率达到97%,彻底解决了兴安岭群储层的压裂投产难题.
