Abstract
目的:探讨再次玻璃体手术治疗硅油填充眼视网膜脱离的效果.方法:对12例硅油填充眼视网膜脱离患眼行再次玻璃体手术,其中下方视网膜脱离10例,黄斑裂孔复发2例.结果:12例术后视网膜全部复位,10例3~6mo取出硅油.最佳矫正视力提高4行1例,提高3行4例,提高2行3例,提高1行3例,不提高1例.结论:再次玻璃体手术是治疗硅油填充眼视网膜脱离的有效方法,早期手术有重要意义.
