Microstructure analysis of DD32 single crystal superalloy joint TLP bonded

摘要
In order to investigate the DD32 single crystal super alloy joint microstructure bonded by transient liquid phase bonding (TLP). Using D01 as interlayer alloy and the bonding temperature is 1300°C. The holding time is 4 h, 10 h, 15 h respectively. The microstructure and composition are analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Energy Spectrometer (EDS). The results indicate that the bonding zone include central bonding seam zone, isothermally solidified zone and base metal. Increasing holding time the width of the residual liquid zone will be narrow. when the holding time is too long, the γ′, phase in the base metal will get large.
