Abstract
研究了蒸煮温度、时间、H-因子、消耗碱的量和初始硫化度与蒸煮终点浆料卡伯值之间的关系.结果发现,卡伯值与H-因子的倒数成线性关系;与消耗的碱量平方的倒数成线性关系;与硫化物和残余碱含量之和的倒数同样成线性关系,并得出了卡伯值预测的数学经验方程,即:K=A+B/{H[(CAA-0.5S·CAA)-(0.5S·CAA+CREA)]2}.验证结果表明,该模型可以对速生桉木常规KP法蒸煮终点浆料卡伯值进行准确预测,其线性相关系数R2=0.9152.
