316L不锈钢冠脉支架光亮热处理的研究

Abstract
为实现316L不锈钢冠脉支架光亮热处理,搭建了高真空热处理平台;调整热处理加热电压、加热电流、加热温度、保温时间,确定了高真空热处理工艺参数动态真空度3X10-3～5×10-3Pa;氩气保护流量10mL/min;热处理温度1020～1040℃;加热电压150V;电流15A,保温时间30s;探讨了加热温度与保温时间对冠脉支架组织性能影响,通入辅助气体快速冷却避免进入不锈钢敏化区间,同时引入金属网以获得光亮热处理样品.
