摘要
The structure of Cu2+-exchanged Ti-pillared sepiolite (Cu-Ti-PILS) and original sepiolite (Sep) were characterized by N2-Asorption/desorption, SEM, XRD and XPS. The catalytic performance of Cu-Ti-PILS for the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NOx by propene was also studied. The results show that pore volume and specific area of Ti-pillared sepiolite (Ti-PILS) are significantly higher than that of Sep. The results of XPS and XRD of samples indicate that there are co-exist Cu+ and Cu2+ in Cu-Ti-PILS as a reaction activity centre. The catalytic tests show that the activity of Cu-Ti-PILS is higher than that of copper-based acid-activity sepiolite (Cu-H-PILS). The lower temperature of Ti-pillared is favorite to catalytic activity of SCR of NOx. The content of Cu ion exchange over Ti-PILS is 0.02 mol/L as the best result for the SCR of NOx.
