Abstract
针对西北电网水电机组调峰成本没有得到合理补偿的问题,研究调峰成本补偿的合作博弈方法.以西北电网现存的调峰问题为研究背景,在定量分析火电机组支付水电机组调峰成本补偿费用的基础上,提出基于合作博弈论中成本分摊理论的调峰费用分摊方法.分析了调峰费用分摊问题的凸博弈特性以及核仁分摊法和Shapley值分摊法的特点,并将其应用于调峰费用的分摊.算例分析表明,调峰费用分摊问题满足个体理性、联盟理想和全局理性条件;相比于传统的比例法,提出的分摊方法具有公平性优势,能够实现调峰费用的有效分摊.
