Abstract
通过对国内各类真空机组系统分析对比,提出了在0.50 Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置采用罗茨真空机组代替W300型往复式真空泵的改造方案.实际运行数据表明,罗茨-水环真空机组完全满足生产所需,蜡油收率平均提高约5%,且机组运行成本降低.
