Abstract
Operating strategy of optimization and performance analysis was conducted targeting at CCHP (combined cooling, heating and power) systems in five categories of construction in Beijing, the prime movers of which are either gas turbines or gas engines. The results show that gas turbines are suitable for systems of large capacity and high heat-to-power ratio while gas engines are relatively of more advantage for systems of small capacity and low heat-to-power ratio.
