采用驱动联合收获机脱粒滚筒无级变速液压缸的油压力来表示脱粒滚筒的负荷,并通过对脱粒滚筒无级变速带轮的受力分析建立了脱粒滚筒扭矩与油压力的关系方程;分析了脱粒滚筒负荷与喂入量的关系.建立了脱粒滚筒负荷模型.在此基础上建立了脱粒滚筒PID恒负荷自动控制系统,仿真结果表明.该控制系统有效可行.
