通过对减少铸造残余应力工艺的研究,提出了利用铸件余热减少铸造残余应力的工艺方法.广西玉柴机器股份有限公司在铸造厂新车间改造时应用了该工艺,效果显著:铸件铸造残余应力小于60MPa,与传统工艺相比,每吨铸件节电101.1 kWh.
