钕铁硼二次废渣微波加热制备锰锌铁氧体

Abstract
以钕铁硼二次废渣为原料, 按锰锌铁氧体配方Mn0.72Zn0.23Fe2.05O4要求, 采用微波加热法制备锰锌铁氧体.通过XRD, SEM, ICP-AES等系列现代分析手段对锰锌铁氧体的结构、形貌、纯度及初始磁导率等进行了检测和表征.实验结果表明: 所制得的锰锌铁氧体微粉含量与配方相吻合.其微粉经造粒、压坯, 在1300 ℃烧结1 h后得到晶粒大、气孔较小的锰锌铁氧体.
