川西气田压裂井出砂机理及防砂技术

Abstract
川西地区压裂井支撑剂的回流是一个普遍的现象,特别是高压高产井支撑剂回流更为严重,压裂井出砂将导致人工裂缝的导流能力下降,同时给压后排液、测试、求产阶段和压后采输气带来诸多不便.为此,具体分析了川西地区压裂井出砂的原因及其危害,并针对出砂原因提出了相应的预防支撑剂回流的措施,着重介绍了树脂涂层支撑剂、纤维支撑剂压裂工艺两项新工艺技术措施.通过这些预防支撑剂回流措施的应用,减少或消除了川西地区压裂井支撑剂的回流,提高了压裂增产效果.
