Abstract
目的:探讨射频消融与手术治疗原发性肝癌对患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法:46例原发性肝癌患者(射频消融组26例,手术治疗组20例),应用流式细胞仪检测两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的变化.结果:射频消融组治疗10 d后与治疗前T淋巴细胞亚群比较,CD3+、CD4+ T细胞计数上升,CD8+ T细胞计数下降,CD4+/CD8+上升,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.01;手术治疗组术后CD3+、CD4+ T细胞计数下降,CD4+/CD8+下降,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05.结论:射频消融治疗原发性肝癌,治疗后免疫抑制状态改善,细胞免疫功能增强,而手术治疗肝癌,术后细胞免疫功能明显下降.
