Abstract
目的 建立鼻通喷雾剂的质量标准.方法 对制剂中细辛、菊花和冰片采用薄层色谱法进行定性鉴别;采用HPLC法测定制剂中欧前胡素.结果 薄层色谱法能检出细辛、菊花和冰片;欧前胡素在0.0723 2～0.361 6 μg与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为98.59%,RSD为1.04%.结论 建立的方法简便、准确、可靠,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量标准.
