Abstract
目的 探讨正常肝脏3.0T质子MRS表现,分析肝胆碱(Cho)含量与肝脂肪变性的相关性.方法 应用3.0T磁共振仪和单体素PRESS序列采集45个正常肝波谱,分析Cho含量与性别、年龄及肝脂肪变性的相关性.结果 正常肝脏Cho含量与性别、年龄的相关性无统计学意义;无脂肪变性组Cho显示率(84%)明显大于脂肪变性组(8%).结论 1H MRS能定量分析肝脏水、脂肪及Cho含量,肝脂肪变性影响Cho的显示.
