Abstract
目的 研究妊娠大鼠植入期子宫组织内白血病抑制因子(LIF)的表达.方法 应用免疫组织化学超敏SP法对大鼠妊娠植入期子宫进行检测.结果 发现LIF在子宫腔上皮细胞、腺上皮细胞、基质细胞、血管内皮细胞和肌细胞中均出现强阳性反应.结论 LIF在胚泡植入过程中发挥着重要作用.
