渗透汽化复合膜分离甲醇-水溶液的研究

Abstract
用不同摩尔比的丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯腈(AN)进行水溶液共聚,把所得共聚物溶液刮膜,并夹在聚乙烯醇(PVA)缩甲醛交联膜之间制备渗透汽化复合膜,采用该膜对60%~90%甲醇-水溶液进行渗透汽化分离实验,并与自制的聚乙烯醇缩甲醛交联膜进行对比.结果表明:丙烯酸和丙烯腈单体摩尔比为1:1时,渗透汽化效果较好,在50 ℃分离90%的甲醇-水溶液时,渗透通量为2 300 g/(m2·h),分离系数达到18;1:1共聚复合膜的渗透汽化分离指数约为41.4 kg/(m2·h),是聚乙烯醇缩甲醛交联膜的1.53倍.
