Abstract
福山油田主要钻井区块为花场、花东及白莲,该油田在钻井过程中遇到的主要问题是泥页岩的坍塌以及完井阶段的电测遇阻、遇卡.通过对已完成井资料的总结,地层黏土矿物的分析,得出了地层坍塌的原因.从钻井液体系、流变性和封堵能力方面进行研究,提出了配合应用正电胶和成膜剂的有机硅防塌钻井液技术,并进行了现场应用.应用结果表明,应用井电测顺利,井径相对规则,缩短了完井作业时间;钻井过程中掉块明显减少,起下钻、完井下套管作业的拉力和阻力均在正常范围内,表明该防塌钻井液技术能够控制流二段地层的井壁坍塌问题.
