RM19井位于R岛北部,该区地层岩性主要为合蒙脱石、伊/蒙混层的软泥岩,构造复杂,解释模型待证实;地层倾角大、断层发育,存在多个推覆体、多个破碎带,地层压力为异常高压,地温梯度较高(达4.6℃/100 m左右).针对该地区地层的特点,在RM19井φ311.1 mm井段应用了PDF-PLUS聚胺聚合物钻井液.该钻井液抑制性强,在高温高密度下仍具有良好的流变性和抗温稳定性、低的滤失性和良好的润滑性,有利于钻井液性能的稳定和预防高温高密度情况下的压差卡钻.介绍了该钻井液的室内研究和现场应用情况.
