Abstract
根据制造企业选择ASP服务提供商的业务流程,采用TOPSIS方法构造评价函数,建立了ASP平台软件系统评价指标体系;采用Delphi法确定评价指标的权重系数,求解评价函数最优解作为评价目标的最优解,最后举例进行了验证.结果表明,采用TOPSIS和Delphi相结合的方法对制造企业ASP平台软件系统进行选型,可以有效地减少ASP平台选型的主观盲目性,提高平台选型的科学性.
