Abstract
结晶器和铸坯间的渣膜直接影响铸坯的润滑和传热,由于无氟保护渣特性不同于传统含氟渣,其传热特性以及它在结晶器内的热行为是研发的关键.因此,对结晶器无氟保护渣渣膜的传热和矿物结构进行了研究.研究结果表明:添加适当的Li2O、TiO2和Fe2O3,可使渣具有较好的流动性和较低的熔化温度,使渣膜的硅灰石相区缩小,黄长石相区扩大,从而减低渣膜的传热系数.
