Abstract

研究了不同固溶温度对GH742y合金组织及性能的影响.结果表明:经1 140～1 180℃固溶处理后,GH742y合金中一次γ'相全部溶入基体,晶粒度明显长大到3～4级;采用(1 040±10)℃×4 h,AC+1 140℃×8h,AC+850℃×6 h,AC+(780±10)℃×(10～16)h的热处理后,获得了均匀细小的γ'相,而且合金的综合性能最佳.
