火灾时LPG储罐内传热传质过程分析

Abstract
本文建立了火灾情况下LPG储罐内传热传质过程的数学模型,并对装有60%丙烷水平放置的圆柱形储罐在受热时储罐内的压力,储罐内介质的温度以及储罐壁温度的变化过程进行了模拟.计算结果表明在强烈受热时,储罐阀门打开后压力有可能攀升,包围蒸汽区的储罐壁温度最高可达600~700℃左右.计算结果和实验结果进行了对比,结果吻合良好.
