Abstract
目的:对毛茛科植物毛茛Ranunculus japonicus的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定.方法:95%乙醇提取后分别以石油醚、醋酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,石油醚和醋酸乙酯部位用硅胶柱色谱及Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术鉴定结构.结果:从毛茛中分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别鉴定为滨蒿内酯(scoparone,1)、小麦黄素(tricin,2)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuic acid,3)、木犀草素(luteolin,4)、白头翁素(anemonin,5)、东莨菪内酯(scopoletin,6)、5-羟基-6,7-二甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone,7)、5-羟基-7,8-二甲氧基黄酮(5-hydroxy-7,8-dimethoxyflavone,8)、小毛茛内酯(ternatolide,9).结论:化合物1~9均为首次从该植物中分离得到,其中化合物7和8为首次从毛茛属植物中分到.
