Abstract
目的:研究伽玛刀治疗垂体泌乳素瘤的效果.方法:伽玛刀治疗垂体泌乳素瘤89例,随访51例,肿瘤周边放射剂量18～35(平均26.1) Gy,中心剂量36～60(平均50.41) Gy,肿瘤直径5～26(平均15.5) mm.结果:随访6～108(平均37)月.肿瘤的生长控制率为100%,内分泌缓解率40.0%,垂体功能低下发生率17.6%.结论: 对尚未压迫视路的泌乳素瘤(尤其是微腺瘤),伽玛刀可作为初始治疗方法.
